We loved our week-long stay at the cottage. The house is perfectly equipped with absolutely everything you need, or even imagine needing! Everything is beautiful and carefully thought of. The beds are so comfortable, the furniture is great, and we just loved everything! The house is so quiet, and the surroundings so beautiful, that it is so nice to sleep in absolute quiet and wake up to the song of many birds and the occasional deer visiting. The location is so perfect! 5 minutes from the Blue Ridge Mountains or the 151 route, with so many wineries, breweries, cideries, etc. Heather is a great host, communication was so smooth, cordial, positive, and helpful! We just checked out, miss it already, and cannot wait to go back!

The property was just like the pictures, everything was open and clean and organized. They even had EVERYTHING you may have even possibly forgotten. They labeled everything around the house as well which was helpful. 15 minute drive or less to all the hiking, wineries, breweries and dinners we had!
The only thing I would ask the owners to add would be some sort of black out curtains in the bedrooms and even in the living room for the pull out couch. We had a traveler from California and she had a tough time with it getting bright at 2:30AM her time!
