So this was the highlight of my end of vacation. Hotel in a beautiful building right next to the shopping mall and train station - every traveler's dream.
Check in was done within 2 minutes, the staff was very nice and helpful.
The room itself was located on the 2nd floor with an elevator, I think. The room was equipped with a completely amazing bed, beautiful furniture, coffee maker with capsules, tea, kettle, cups, cable TV. Bathroom fully equipped incl. luxury shower gels, lotions ... Oh, I love it.
For me, the only drawback was the constant noise - I don't know if it was ventilation (it wasn't air conditioning or the bathroom fan - i check it many times). I couldn't identify it, but it was slightly annoying. Still slept peacefully.

Excellent location for access to the key points of the city, was an extremely easy process with a late and early check in. Was sent a lovely brochure with clear steps on how to access the property. The room very clean, but no change of towels daily. There was a Christmas market a stones throw away from the property which was fun. When windows are closed it is very soundproof for the music played and the tram sounds which is close to the property.
Upon arrival we were met with a wall of heat when opened the door. We discovered the radiator was on maximum heat, despite being set on the coldest setting, it would not turn down at all and was making the room extremely hot. Even with both windows open, the room in December coldness was far too hot. The windows requiring to be open at all times, ruined tranquility and enforced the noise pollution from general city audio (tram tracks, sirens, car drag races) was VERY disturbing. We arrived at midnight so sought to fix this problem the next day, were assured after a visit from the hotel technician that the issue was solved. This was not the case as the radiator would come in waves of full heat to occasional lower heat. We were told the that opening the windows was the best way to cool down room. Not something you want to hear when there is a Christmas market blaring tunes all day. Not other room was provided or discount.
