Very cute little cottage. Sufficient for our needs. Comfortable bed. Good eqipped kitchen.. Retention of original features was lovely.
The steep stairs are a challenge for those of us in advancing years which needs to be addressed in the description of the cottage.
There were no tea bags or milk for a cup of tea on arrival which was disappointing and only one toilet roll which we felt was a bit stingy considering the price for the cottage. We know we were advised about the dishwasher tablets but these other little items would make a difference. No kitchen roll either. Trying to understand how to use the TV was also a challenge....but maybe it was our age! Although the bed was confortable it would seem a king size mattress has been put ion a double bed base which seemed unstable at times. But all said and done we enjoyed our stay.

The property is ideally located in the heart of Southwold, is kept very clean and the bathroom is fantastic.
The lounge is a bit too small for my tastes.
