The property was so close to everything and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again. Only a couple hundred metres to the Hongik University station which links you easily to Seoul station in two stops. Beautiful Gyeongui Line park walking trail is nice and close, lots of places to eat, and even though it is in the centre of so much activity, the accommodation is nice and quiet.

Location is good.
The bathroom room. The shower head is at wrong spot. And extra hooks to hang clothes at the left corner of mirror is better vs the risk of shower spray to clothes hanging location . Little change to separate water outlets are better design and solve all problems. Current joint valve very hard to press in and out. The rest is good.

Fantastic location. Great for night life and near train stations. Great value for money that feels like an Airbnb. Tip: you change the water tap from sink to shower head by turning the tap to the left.

The location was convenient for exploring Hongdae, and the room itself wasn't dirty
The biggest issue was the parking. The parking area was extremely narrow and very difficult to use. It caused a lot of unnecessary stress during our stay. What made the experience worse was receiving a phone call from the owner/manager about the parking, which felt unfriendly and made us uncomfortable. I think the parking situation and communication with guests should be handled much better.
