We absolutely loved our stay at BbyC. The location was excellent, the apartment was comfortable and very well equipped, the beds were great, and both check-in and check-out were very convenient. Everything suited us perfectly, and we really could not have asked for more.
Just two small suggestions: an additional drying rack would be very useful, and it would be great to have simple European-to-Japanese plug adapters, in addition to the extension plugs and cables already provided.

Spacious 3-bedroom apartment with everything we needed—pantry, laundry, toiletries, and cleaning supplies. Perfect for a family trip and just a short walk to Familymart.
Self check-in took a little longer as we had to enter everyone’s details. The lobby area was also quite small for a large group with lots of luggage.
A bit far from the nearest train station. Taking the bus is an option, but the waiting time can be quite long. Not ideal for elderly travelers who cannot walk or stand for too long

エレベーター降りてからの部屋のドア開くと狭くて、車椅子が通り抜けるのが困難だった。
