Comfortable house, well appointed and warm. A simple and useful improvement would be to fit a couple of hooks on the back of the bathroom door. For the record, there were no damages during our stay.

1. I was fully ready to pay a deposit for damages. However, it was VERY annoying that the request to make the payment came by text which looked as if it could have come from a SCAM. Phone calls to resolve were very frustrating. 2. During the stay, I received messages that were all NO REPLY which meant I could not communicate with the Host. Worst of all was such e-mail inviting me to ask for any help but all my responses were not delivered because that address was NO REPLY. Extremely annoying. 3. These issues need to be thought through and resolved.

Modern good quality building renovation. Great bathroom. Close to town and canal walks. Very responsive host.

Stair Carpets rather soiled. Linens clean but very wrinkled. Cleaning less than perfect. Check out at 10am .
