House very comfortable. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Lovely views from top terrace. Patio needs a bit of a makeover. But chairs and tables outside. Steep hill from Saundersfoot beach to property. Doable but you need to be fit! But you can park outside property so price you have to pay for outside parking. Plenty of space in property - enjoyed our stay
