The property is in a very good location with easy access to the city as well as out of the city towards Mumbai. Property is well maintained with decent price points.
The noise from the tanker service behind the apartment and the road in front of the property were a little distracting. Else all was good and appreciated.

The location was especially good. We had the view of an open green field that's behind the Ornate apartment. The place was well ventilated and extremely pleasant. I would definitely return and stay there. They had a furnished kitchen. My folks could comfortably cook their meals while there. It would've been more convenient with a few more utensils but not a deal breaker. The housekeeping staff would regularly come and clean every day.
Some minor issues like one of the bedroom doors would not close properly in the specific apartment I stayed. No other inconvenience was felt.

I stayed in room 201, which is a spacious 2 bhk, with a living room, large windows and a spacious balcony. The balcony overlooks a garden and cricket pitch, which is so pleasing to the eyes. We sat and relaxed. I must say that the staff are very courteous. Food is really good, home-made, and served hot. Overall, good value for money.
The upholstery should be clean and maintained, as the beds are.
