The property was absolutely beautiful — spotless, peaceful, luxurious, and even more impressive than the photos. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and the whole place felt like our own private paradise.
What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the incredible hospitality. Selly, Chin and the entire team were genuinely amazing. Their warmth, kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to help with absolutely everything made us feel so welcomed and cared for throughout our entire stay.
From the delicious breakfasts and thoughtful touches to the transportation arrangements and constant support, everything was handled with such professionalism and genuine care. This is much more than simply a beautiful place to stay — it is an experience created by wonderful people.
We have stayed in many beautiful properties, but very few have left such a strong and lasting impression. We were honestly sad to leave. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for exceptional accommodation, privacy, beauty, and truly outstanding hospitality.

Beautiful location looking out over Kata Beach. Selly was so helpful and made the trip so easy and smooth sailing for us and our small children, even making us a delicious batch of fried rice and helping me to do groceries in the beginning. Shin who came every day to make brekky and tidy was amazing ! So warm and friendly, we really appreciated her help.

Rigtig lækkert og stort sted!
Værten er super venlig og utroligt hjælpsom.
Det er en gåtur på max 5-10min til virkelig lækker strand og går man i den anden retning er der diverse steder at spise og handle.
Man skal være forberedt på en ret stejl bakke op til stedet, men den er ikke så lang.
En del turistpræget område.
