In der Anlage El Presidente jederzeit wieder, aber in keiner Wohnung in Verwaltung von Costa Golf
El Presidente ist eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage, mit 4 Pools, einer davon beheizt.
Die Wohnung ist vom Grundsatz her sehr schön groß mit einem tollen Sonnenbalkon mit Sicht auf den beheizten Pool.
Die Lage ist perfekt, der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Aldi oder Mercadona mit dem Auto. Auf der anderen Seite der A7 ist man schnell durch Übergänge und hat damit eine große Auswahl an Restaurants.
Die Betten und Matratzen waren sehr gut.
Die Hygienische Zustand der Wohnung lässt doch sehr zu wünschen übrig:
Duschvorhang im Bad verschimmelt Duschkopf völlig verschmutzt, musste erst gereinigt werden, Halterung defekt
Wasserschaden an der Decke in Bad 1
Schimmelflecken an der Decke von Schlafzimmer 2
Die Bettdecke von Schlafzimmer 1 sollte gereinigt werden, Schweißgeruch.
Stehleuchten defekt oder beschädigt
Staubsauger vorhanden - defekt, keine Staubsaugerbeutel, wozu auch, wenn defekt
Bügeleisen defekt, gebrochen Achtung Lebensgefahr durch Stromschlag.
Wasserkocher total verkalkt
Zitruspresse defekt
Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung von Costa Golf war eine Katastrophe und an Unfreundlichkeit nicht zu überbieten.
Wir baten bei einen Aufenthalt von 6 Wochen um einen zweiten Satz Handtücher und Bettwäsche.
Dies wurde uns für einen Aufpreis von 70 € angeboten, erst nach langer Diskussion bekamen wir, eher durch Zufall, von der Reinigungskraft einen zweiten Satz Handtücher, die Bettwäsche hat nicht gepasst. Es kam der Hinweis, man wäre schließlich nicht in einem Hotel
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist, eher dürftig und abgenutzt, selbst wenn man seinen Standard stark nach unten schraubt.
Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass diese eigentlich sehr schöne Wohnung darauf ausgerichtet ist, mit minimalen Aufwand den größten möglichen Profit zu erzielen. Schade !!
Trotz allem. hatten wir eine schöne Zeit und haben das Beste daraus gemacht.
