near several restaurants; 20 minute walk to train station; konbini across the street; property is clean; garbage bins come with written instructions on how recycling works; 2 comfy beds + 1 sofa; modern furniture; feels like home

駅から近く便利だった。
マンション全体かもしれないがにおいがして慣れるのに時間がかかった。繰り返し使っているであろうガス台の油除けがコンロにセッティングされていて気になった。チェックアウトに1分でも遅れたら〇万円請求します、と大きな文字で書かれている案内があって、気持ちの良いものではなかった。

実家からとても近い事。近所には八百屋、コンビニ、ドラッグストアなど買い物をするのにとても便利なので過ごしやすい。また駅も近い。近いとは言え、自転車が借りられるのも大変助かります。
食器類やカトラリーが豊富で自炊するのにとても良かったです。
窓につけたクーラーだけでは部屋は涼しくならない。
部屋には前の方の毛が落ちていたり、掃除は行き届いているとは言えない状態。
またトコジラミ？なのか、寝ている時にだいぶ虫刺されがありました。
あと、網戸がなかったのと、ベッドの高さに対して窓がすぐの高さにあり小さい子がいるので、安全面で怖かった。
窓を閉めたいが、とても暑かったので締め切るわけにもいかず、開けたり閉めたりでした。
