Fantastic location, nestled in a little valley away from everything but the other holiday cottage and the owners. Fifteen minute drive into Aber. The cottage is nice, and the kitchen well appointed, but there are some quirks that stop it from being excellent, in our opinion.
There are loads of switches on the walls and none are labelled. You can't turn the kitchen lights on and off in the kitchen - all lights are controlled from the entrance way, which seems odd. The wifi password wasn't readily available, but luckily the owner did respond pretty quickly. If you are tall, this place might not be for you. I'm 5'7" and still bumped my head walking through the bedroom door. The eaves ceilings leave little standing room in the bedrooms. The table provided inside is not big enough for 4 people - it's barely larger than a bistro table. We had a take out and had to bring the outside table in in order to have space. The very loud extractor fan in the shower room serves to mask noises made by anyone using the 'facilities' when others are sitting in the kitchen!
