Useful location for Norwich and the surrounding countryside. Good size flat and comfortable beds. Good shower and we had most of the things we needed. Hosts very helpful and they left us biscuits and juice. We were there over Christmas and they had put up a tree and decorations for us. They put our frozen food in their freezer as the fridge didn't have a freezer compartment. Useful off street parking.
We struggled with the spiral stairs leading up to the flat, especially on arrival with cases. Pictures did not show this.
We were there in the winter and the heating took a long time to warm up the flat. We arrived in the dark and it was not easy to see the name on the door, a sign on the fence would be useful as there are two green gates.
