The hot pool was fantastic. The treadmill in the gym was excellent.

Was amazing staff everyone was extremely nice hotel room was extremely beautiful.
The bed my cover smelled like they weren’t fresh. The pillows were a little dull.

Good quality furnishings
The AC works non-stop; I can't stop it from the room, and the sound that comes through day and night is awful. Makes it unbearable to sleep or rest.
They have a very fancy outdoor pool but no sun - the architect clearly did not consider the fact that the pool will have sun only on a very small part of the pool and even in that very small part only for a few hours.
Bad food in a fancy restaurant is also a big no-no!!!
