Great spacious apartment in the vicinity of KLCC and Petronas Twin Towers. Short walk away from Dang Wangi LRT Station, and Bukit Nanas Monorail Station. Good communication and easy to collect keys from host. Apartment was clean and comfortable with a decent amount of facilities. The Mercu Summer Suites tower has a couple of shops on the ground floor and was easy to arrange pick ups by Grab taxis. Entry to the apartments and lifts were well patrolled by security. For a three night stay in KL, I would highly recommend.

最初、クーラーからの水漏れ。虫が多く部屋の交換を希望した所すぐに交換してくれました。
スタッフに連絡したら全てすばやく対応してくれました。
場所はブキビンタンまで近く非常にアクセスの良い場所で部屋も広く満足でした。
カギの建てつけが悪い
シャワーの水圧が低く、温度が上がらない。

Walking distance to the Petronas towers and a short taxi to other areas. The room had a great view and the bed was comfortable.
The extra $80 in charges was not great. Booking.com snuck them in at the final step. I was told in was a service charge plus water. When we got there, there was only 2 small bottles of water for 2 nights stay. These were not replaced. We had to take our own rubbish out, so I’m not sure what that service charge is for. It was also quite loud at night, despite the high level. Could hear the cars and bikes below. Also the guy took a photo of my passport which I wasn’t too comfortable about. They also want a 100MR deposit
