Location, the proximity to the train station and the fact that it is ground floor. Nice owner, easy and quick communication. Many supermarkets and markets nearby.
There was no frying pan and the shower cabin doors should be taken care of.
Not owner‘s fault, but the city is quite loud in comparison to other places, one should be prepared.

Great place for a short stay — we found everything we needed
It definitely needs more maintenance. The shower was falling apart, and if the tourist tax is listed on the website, I expect to pay that amount — not an extra charge requested by the host. It’s only a few euros, but it’s a matter of principle.

Estaba muy bien adornado, buena cama
Que la habitación estaba en un piso superior al que había que acceder por una escalera y una dificultad para subir las maletas.
Además había mucho ruido exterior ( de motos, personas e incluido fuegos artificiales, bengalas o disparos)
