About this house rental

Situated in Olive, this lovely house for $249 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Private, comfortable one-level ranch house in Kerhonkson, Catskill Mountains, near lovely small towns. Two bedrooms, one with Queen bed other with full bed. Both with bedside tables and lamps with USB ports, and both with AC units. Very large bathroom (2 entrances , one en-suite to master bedroom) with new tub, walk-in shower, double vanity, separate closet with washing and drying machines. Eat-in fully equipped kitchen with dining table for 6; working fireplace in living room and two leather couches; unique 68' covered porch and open rear deck ideal for dining and star gazing! Surrounded by 2 acres of lawn with a hammock and fire pit. Enjoy year round all that the Catskills and Hudson Valley have to offer. 5 min drive to Vernooy Falls, 20 mins drive to Minnewaska State Park, Rosendale, High Falls, many orchards and farms. 40 mins to New Paltz, Woodstock, Phoenicia. The space Enjoy the covered porch - even in the rain! Watch the birds from the swing chair, relax and draw at the outdoor easel, work at the outdoor desk or play cards or board games on the porch table. The back deck - sit back and take in the fresh air with your morning coffee on the Adirondack chairs on the back deck. Brand new grill and 6-seat table with umbrella. Living room with two leather sofas, beautiful working fireplace. Fire wood supply ready to use on the porch. TV has streaming channels including Netflix and live TV. Wi-Fi. Fully equipped kitchen, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, indoor/outdoor dishes (no dishwasher) chef quality knives and pots. Closets in both bedrooms, small desk in the master bedroom for laptop or writing. Raised, mesh outdoor firepit in back yard, along with hammock and chairs. Guest access Drive has parking space for multiple cars.
