Welcome to Historic Summer's Landing! Located on the historic summer street, this pet friendly home is a short walk to the wedding cake house and the famous landing store Lobster Rolls! Drive about 5 minutes to Dock Square and the beaches. Beach parking pass provided upon arrival. The updated amenities and well designed house will make you feel at home. The first floor features a well equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, 1.5 bathrooms, and a bedroom. Walk upstairs to find 3 additional bedrooms and a reading nook. The back yard has a dining set, hammocks, BBQ grill, and a gas fireplace. The backyard has peaceful and serene meadow views.

As always, we had a wonderful time at Summer's Landing! This house meets our needs and it's so nice that we are able to have our dogs with us. We had a nice family BBQ on Monday night, thankfully the weather cooperated! We will definitely be back again next year! Paige was great with her quick responses to our needs.

It was very close ( 5 minutes to venue) to the wedding reception and the backyard was fenced which was really nice for our paps.

We had a great stay! The house was very comfortable for our family, with thoughtful touches like beach towels and a beach parking pass. The location was perfect—right between the upper and lower village—and we really enjoyed the style and aesthetic of the home.
