About this house rental

Nestled in Porepunkah, this lovely house for $250 per night is a great option for your next break. Your serene family hideaway situated in the perfect central location to the river. An unsuspecting beauty. What appears a modest home from the outside will take your breath away the moment you enter the home. Immediately greeted by a modern, lofty, almost Scandinavian open plan living area this home is perfect for a large family or group of friends. Beautifully appointed this home is a sanctuary for families to come together with ample space for everyone to share. A four bedroom, two bathroom home, Sanctuary 33 offers a spacious living area with a generous dining table, bench seating and a large modular couch. A stunning central fireplace creates the perfect ambiance on the those wintery nights with an additional reverse cycle to keep you comfy all year around, plus free wifi and super-sized TV to keep everyone entertained. Recently renovated this home has polished concrete, newly laid carpet, crisp white walls & luxurious soft furnishings throughout. The layout is ideally suited to a family with the master suite positioned at one end, with your own ensuite, walk in robe and external access. The living space divides the home and at the other end you find another 3 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. A lovely deep bath creates the perfect spot to rest your weary bones after a day of adventure and a separate toilet and laundry adds that extra bit of convenience. Each bedroom has an overhead fan for added comfort in the warmer months and a central reverse cycle & wood fire to keep the heart of the home super cosy. Bedroom 1 : King bed Bedroom 2 : Queen bed Bedroom 3 : Queen bed Bedroom 4 : Single trundle x 2 Perfectly located on a quiet, no through road, you are situated conveniently close to everyone’s favourite swimming spot with a short 300 meter stroll across the walking bridge and you’ll find yourself at the splash park, Pioneer Park, cafes and well know Bright Brewery. To top it off this home has a fully enclosed yard, an undercover outdoor al fresco area, secure bike storage, with table tennis table and outdoor games to keep both young and old entertained. This property is booked for you and only you. You will have the entire property to yourselves however bedroom access and price is determined by guest numbers. * Extra bedrooms will be closed off and can only be made available for a a small additional fee. * 1-2 guests offers 1 bedroom, 3-4 guests offers 2 bedrooms, 5-6 guests offers 3 bedrooms, 7-8 guests offers 4 bedrooms. Exceptions apply for bookings of 5 nights or more. Please chat with our friendly team to find a configuration that works for you. This property has a security camera at the driveway entrance.
