You can always walk down to the beach or relax on one of decks or in the firepit/bar area. *There will always be some sand in the hot tub. The hot tub gets drained, cleaned, and refilled after each guest. Sometimes, sand stays in the lines and shoots out when the jets run. *Any amenity that may become unavailable during your stay will not warrant any type of refund. *Basic starter includes: 3-5 kpods, 2 trash bags, a roll of paper towels, household cleaner, a fresh dish sponge, dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 detergent pods, 4 dryer sheets, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash in a dispenser & a roll of toilet paper or two in each bathroom.
