Throughout Oregon and Washington, you'd be hard-pressed to find many homes that boast the advantage of direct water and dune access where you can park your boat in the backyard or drive ATVs, dune buggies, and motor toys right onto the sand. This home has the wonderful advantage of having rare access to a designated route for all your toys and ATVs so you can ride your ATV three miles into the dunes. Upper and lower outdoor areas each showcase epic lake views with a no-wake swimming area, while a wood-burning chimenea awaits around the front of the house. A gas grill is also equipped for alfresco dining. This home enjoys recreation opportunities year-round for your enjoyment. Inside, challenge friends and family to a few rounds of foosball or relax and stream shows and movies on the smart TV. The stainless steel full kitchen comes more than equipped to handle family-style meal planning. Lakefront Lookout 2: - Amazing view - In the “No Wake” zone - Private boathouse with additional boat parking alongside a wood dock - Hillside with walking steps to and from the dock - The property is fully fenced and gated - Lots of parking - Paved road and driveway - Fully covered back deck with skylights to enjoy rain or shine all year - Direct drive your sand toys to the dunes. This property is on a designated dunes route. - Trailer Tow Length Max 20’ from rear to tongue - City water - High-speed Spectrum internet - In weather conditions that are really wet or icy you may need AWD or 4WD - TV’s are streaming only (no cable) - Chiminea Things to Know Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles. Dock details: County boat launch is free to launch. Stay left into canal. After exiting canal, dock will be 3rd on the right with grey boathouse. North Lake Resort charges $7 to launch from their private boat launch. Dock is 3rd on right, grey boathouse with blue roof. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
