Central location in Como, surrounded by many shops and food options, walking distance to ferry terminal and train stations, spacious apartment, well-equipped kitchen, partial view over the lake and nice mountain view, comfortable bed and linen, top cleanliness, friendly and personable check-in, 10/10 recommended
Building entrance needs a light at night for easier entry when dark, everything else was perfect

The location was fantastic and so central. Great view of the lake. Very clean and spacious. AC was amazing and good to have a lift as apartment is on 5th floor. Loved the washing machine too.
Luca was a very good host.
The WiFi was a bit glitchy but otherwise everything was great.
