friendly staff at the reception desk, spacious underground carpark, good location with supermarket and restaurant close buy as well as easy access to Dusseldorf by S-Bahn.

we had two separate rooms and at one the aircon was working well but the other one did not cool down the room enough.

Super!

The room was clean enough, enjoyable size and very comfortable sturdy beds. The little kitchen was more than enough for the needs of two people and a dog. Nice parking place. Very big shower and extremely nice people at the front desk. No question or assistance was too much to ask. They helped, gave us advice and were just very friendly people overall. Usually one gets the obligatory smile but not here. It really seemed sincere. I'm very grateful and I most definitely will visit this place again! We have traveled (50+) a lot in Europe for work and pleasure in the last 30 or so years. We have stayed in from the worst (think Fawlty Towers) to very expensive but by no means nicer hotels. So, yeah, I would recommend this accommodation highly, especially when you are traveling with pets.

Well, it's not exactly a star location. Although a small walk will bring you to the river bank or a shopping center. If there is something, then I would like to have a little bit faster internet, but you can't have it all, right?

Very close to city centre and a less than 2 minute walk to the plaza where you can shop at Aldi and eat at a restaurant. Also, exceptional friendly staff who will try their very best to accommodate your stay including the after hours staff once the reception has closed at 8pm.

I booked a hotel room for 4 people however we were given two double beds and they were rather small for two people to sleep on. Not to mention the pillows were very light and squishy.

Sehr sauber! Klimatisiert;) (Allerdings: ich kann in den Nächte die Klimaanlage nicht anpassen, es war nicht schlecht; draußen war 20 Grad und Zimmer war 26 Grad, etwa warm aber man kann schlafen)

Die Zimmer waren ansprechend gestaltet, nicht zu viel und nicht zu wenig. Personal zu großen Teilen unglaublich freundlich und sehr bemüht.

Wir hatten leider einige Probleme im ersten Zimmer, unter anderem ein starker Geruch nach altem Zigarettenrauch. Dies haben wir jedoch morgens angesprochen und haben direkt ein neues Zimmer bekommen.
