Terrace has a great view. Great wi-fi. Room was clean. Hotel offered pick up from airport for free. Good location, 2 minutes from pyramids entrance, shops and restaurants nearby.
Noise overnight coming from the roof/ceiling.

Staff were helpful. Meals we ordered in the evening were well priced and very good. View of pyramids.
Hotel needs maintenance. I booked the hotel as it was the most expensive in the area. I imagined that cost would be relative to facilities. I was mistaken. The hotel is situated close to stables and all animals pass right in front of it or are left in the vicinity creating urine puddles. Rubbish is also stacked opposite the reception entrance.
