Tesco on doorstep, near to tram stop, the best was the price. Also good Privacy, patio windows to make it comfortable in hot weather. Thanks
Nothing you can do about it, but forewarn. It's surrounded by very steep paths, however I enjoyed keeping fit.

Friendly staff at the place; good location
Lack of communication before our stay: asked a simple question & took them over a month to reply vaguely; got conflicting info re. Whether non- students were allowed to stay as well days before our stay, enquired further- no response at all.
Bathroom: quite some curly hair on the floor, and lots of soap splashes on shower enclosure, as well as a plate with crumbs & dirty knife left in room, so cleaning services not great
In my son's room, the blinds had to remain half way down, as lacking the pull-string and not moveable by hand; when we reported, we were informed that it was the repair people's day off (mid week?!). Therefore: early morning sunshine wake-ups for my son
