The house was the perfect size for our party of six adults. It was clean, comfortable, and in a peaceful and pleasant location. The separate games room was a real bonus.
The property had some maintenance issues, including a pretty overgrown garden, but they didn’t affect the enjoyment of our stay.

Location lovely.
Billiard table and log fire room was great!
Kitchen :
Poor selection of pots and pans eg: cheap flaking non stick pot ; small frying pan made dinner for 6 a very difficult experience
Extractor fan and light above cooker needed.
Smoke detector not working
Kitchen table a tight squeeze for room.

Specious cottage, comfy beds and well equipped kitchen. Games room is fantastic- the whole family loved this extra space and it was for the sole use of the cottage !!
Garden could do with a cut back but honestly that’s a minor issue, it is dog friendly and has a table & chairs if you get the weather to sit out.

Idyllic setting. James was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Lived the countryside, horses and hares!
We had to clean the fridge and the garden furniture. And oil the bed frame! Haha!
