- Room facilities as shown and described in pictures.
- beach in walking distance (but quite some stairs)
- complimentary drive to the pier or beach pick-up
- no room service came to make up the room
- automatic pool „bubble-jets“ for certain times throughout the day are loud and annoying not to be able to switch off within room.
- visitors (our kid came over from pattaya for a daytime visit) are not allowed to stay during daytime (unreasonable surcharge of 1000thb/hour requested)

Loved the discreet villa feel to our room, the view from the balcony was excellent as was the small private swimming pool

Staff is good and you can hire a scooter from hotel . I wanted to upgrade the room and owner upgraded me with no problem at an extra cost which sounds fair . After the stay they will take you to pier for free .
For the shape and the made of wooden room the ac is a little small and during the day it gets really hot inside , pool seen better days as it had broken tiles and water was a little greenish . The rest is good .

Pas grand chose.
Le bar à côté avec musique à fond jusqu’à minuit. La chaleur de la chambre malgré la Clim peu performante et surtout de la salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner, certes très beau et copieux mais imposé en terme d’options ! La petite vue sur mer si on est au deuxième rang des chambres. Le jacuzzi utilisable uniquement aux heures programmées. Le fait qu’aucune autre personne ne puisse venir vous voir dans votre chambre. Une réception plutôt froide et très inhabituelle en Thaïlande.
