We were very happy with our accommodation at Kensington Studios, would stay there again😊

Location was great, clean and tidy on arrival, communication was great… we had an issue with the tv and that was sorted on the same day… great service.

Thought the property had advertised a dishwasher in the room but there wasn’t one and also having a microwave in the room would good.

The location is excellent and the host was very good in providing all the information in a timely manner.

There is no physical interaction with anyone, which makes the whole experience rather impersonal and alienated. Additionally, one doesn’t see any other guests or a living would which makes one wonder how safe it all is.
