The location was fantastic - close to Lark Lane with some lovely restaurants, pubs and bars. Also only a short Uber ride into Liverpool. Nice and peaceful, plenty of parking :)
The house is a little tired and could do with updating to be fair. There was no hanging space anywhere for clothes - just a few old hooks on the back of the bedroom doors, and about 3 hangers! It's a beautiful property that really could do with better lighting and just made to feel a bit cosier. The shower room is ok - it's all clean etc, but just a bit tired and basic. There was only 1 key and when some of the rest of the group stayed out a bit later, we had an issue where you couldn't lock the front door from inside without the key (which had to be left in the lockbox obviously so the rest of the party could get in later) Other than that, it really was a great location with plenty of space, comfy beds and lovely bed linen. Also only 6 forks (8 of us staying!) Just could do with a bit of TLC. Thank you though, it was a last minute stay for 4 nights and we had a great time in Liverpool.

Loved the location, comfort, good bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, space to chill downstairs…
It’s less about we didn’t like & more about what would have enhanced our stay. There were 8 of us, the property would benefit from more dining furniture - a few more chairs & a slightly bigger table would be great. The windows in the living room did not open. They have the sun on them all day so the room became very warm. A property for 8 people wld benefit hugely from a dishwasher; provision of a dish cloth & tea towel wld also be very handy. The furniture outdoors is broken & dangerous. It needs to be replaced before someone has an accident. Finally some coat hangers would be greatly appreciated in the bedrooms.

The heating was on when we got to the property which was great after a long journey.
The size of the property with 4 rooms was fantastic as was its locality to Sefton Park and Lark Lane.
The shower room was a little tired.

Location - close to Lark Lane, Sefton Park, bus and train, supermarket
The area was quiet and seemed safe.
Two full bathrooms - good for a larger group.
Good quality duvets, covers and sheets. Plenty of towels
In general very clean - even with a few cobwebs here and there.
