Location! Very clean. Staff very helpful when the fuses blew! Air conditioning!

If both showers were used at once the water pressure disappeared. And one of us had to go down very steep stairs in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. Perhaps that was mentioned in the original description of the property. I don’t know

Location was perfect, apartment was in a beautiful old building with a lovely roof terrace. Kitchen was well equipped. Very comfortable beds. Lovely quiet location, just some ambient noise from the restaurant from the balcony, which was lovely. Communication and support during our stay was excellent.

Nothing, everything was great - but just to note that the main bathroom is down stones steps on a lower landing. It didn't bother us at all, but we are agile. Probably typical of a characterful old building within the walls of Lucca?
