TRATAN DE COBRARTE COSAS QUE NI USAS

Ubicación

Una sola llave, me tratan de cobrar hasta ahora un sillón que no utilice, que dicen que rompí y que cambiaron por completo y hasta el día de hoy ese sillón sigue saliendo en la publicación del depto. NO ALQUILEN A ESTA EMPRESA, LEI PUBLICACIONES QUE HACEN LO MISMO SIEMPRE.

No recomiendo

La encargada fue demasiado insistente en pedir un horario preciso de llegada cuando es imposible preverlo debido al gran caudal del turistas que llegan a la isla. Además cobran una tasa adicional ridícula por llegar pasadas las 20 hs. El departamento se quedó sin luz por un corte en la zona y no habia un encargado en el edificio para ayudar en estos casos dado que el portón del garage es eléctrico y tuvimos que pasarlo a manual nosotros mismos para poder sacar el coche del garage. El colchón es demasiado fino. Por lo cara que sale la estadía en ese apartamento, debería ser de mejor calidad. El entorno es desagradable, en las inmediaciones las cloacas están rebalsadas y los excrementos fluyen por la calle, sin mencionar el olor nauseabundo que hay. La pileta no cuenta con servicios mínimos como una mesa para apoyar una toalla o una sombrilla para protegerse un poco del sol. El baño es incómodo, la pileta gotea agua al piso. No volvería y no lo recomiendo. Excesivamente caro para lo que es el departamento como así también las inmediaciones.
