Just stay at the Chelsea Cloister Apartments rather than this private room.

Location was good, super close to a supermarket. Wifi was good. Instructions to get into the room were clear to follow

It wasn’t very clean, they only provided one roll of toilet paper for a 3 day stay. The toilet took multiple flushes to work and the sink water pressure had crazy splash back. The fridge didn’t seem very cold and would have liked instructions to use the washer/dryer. Bed was pretty small and the room was not the one in the photos

A very frustrating and uncomfortable stay, especially due to poor conditions and lack of support from the host.

Unfortunately, there was very little to like. The location was acceptable, but that was the only positive aspect of our stay.

The experience was very disappointing from the beginning. Our room was changed without any prior notice—we only found out after we raised a complaint. The owner then contacted us offering a very small and inadequate compensation, which did not reflect what we had originally booked. The new room was significantly smaller than expected, which was especially problematic as my wife is pregnant. The heating system was another major issue—the boiler could not be turned off, making the room unbearably hot. Opening the windows was not a solution either, as it became extremely cold. It was impossible to rest properly under these conditions. We raised these issues multiple times from day one, but they were never properly resolved. Overall, the accommodation was far below expectations, and the lack of proper support from the host made the situation worse.
