We are so thrilled to have discovered this little gem of a flat. Soundproofing was excellent - you'd never have known you were in the hustle of Chinatown. The washer dryer was a revelation. Room size, elevator, cleanliness and communication all top notch.
TV in the lounge didn't seem to be responsive to connection on the apps but that was ok as we had a tv in the bedroom. Pillows were way too firm and large for neck support and water pressure was a bit lacklustre but really truly wasn't that much of an issue!

Lots of room; great kitchen that was well supplied with every kitchen tool, including dishwasher. We liked having a washing machine, too. The newer windows blocked street noise well as it’s a busy neighborhood. The staff was very attentive when hot water went out.

Good location and apartment is nice
Bit noisy, no water bottle provided.
Layout would be better if the bedroom is upstairs and the living room on the entrance.
Provide sleepers in the room would be beneficial.
