This apartment has a separate entrance and it is located on the ground floor, which was a plus for us, having an anxios dog; our cat also enjoyed the apartment and the common parking/garden area. For every pet an additional fee was paid (40 euros/pet/stay). We had all we have needed to prepare our meals. We have appreciated the washing machine and we have enjoyed the pool/beach at LaMer Residence, even if the water was freezing in some days in the pool.
The bed and sofa are not so comfortable, there was a persistent bad smell in the apartment, the facilities are old and need some replacement. There are no mosquito nets on the veranda, making it difficult to keep the doors/windows opened. There was a parking spot in front of the apartment, but an additional fee needed to be paid (12 euros/day). We have stayed 14 days in this apartment, but we have been left a very small amount of soap or dishwashing detergent at the bottom of the bottles, we had to buy all this amenities (soap, toilet paper).
