Save Your Money – Stay Elsewhere

Had parking included.

Very disappointing stay. We paid €125 per night and booked weeks in advance, expecting the property to match the listing, but it did not. The apartment was much older and in significantly worse condition than advertised. The kitchen was outdated, the couches were worn out and falling apart, and several areas were dirty and poorly maintained. Even the washing machine had visible rust inside. (Unfortunately, Booking only allows a limited number of photos, otherwise I would have uploaded more.) The bathroom was also unacceptable. There wasn’t even a shower enclosure or curtain, so every shower flooded the entire bathroom floor. It was inconvenient, messy, and nothing like the photos. We booked for four guests, but the apartment only provided two large towels and two small towels, meaning two guests were left without proper towels. Breakfast was advertised as included, yet all we received was one stale croissant and one bottle of water for four people, which was very misleading. Communication was also poor. We called and sent multiple messages over the course of about 10 hours to let the property know we would be arriving late due to traffic. We never received a response before arrival. Overall, the property did not match its listing, was poorly maintained, and was not worth the €125 per night we paid. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here.

Higiénia szempontból nem volt megfelelő, nem azt a szobát kaptuk amit választottunk, a reggeli kicsit lehetne több, nem működtek a redőnyök.

Перший сніданок був чудовий. Пляж чудовий. Персонал готелі слідкує за територією. В ресторані їжа смачна, приємний персонал.

Покращити сніданки. Замовляли апартаменти, але щось приготувати не змогли. Вода на каву грілася 2 години

Nedoporučuji !!!!

Skvělé místo, přímo u pláže a promenády.

Naprosto šílené apartmány a nedoporučuji pro rodiny s dětmi. Jeli jsme dvě rodiny. Ten náš apartmán byl o něco málo lepší než ten kamarádky. Když jsme otevřeli její apartmán, tak nám do nosu bouchla síla ztuchlého a starého pachu, ve kterém se nedalo zůstat. Po přivolání provozního se situace řešila náhradním bydlením její rodiny v jiném hotelu poblíž. Řešení, že ji dají zítra lepší apartmán nedopadlo dobře. Prý ho vyčistí nějakým přípravkem, který nám donesli ukázat. Toto jsme odmítly a tak jí nabídly jiný apartmán, na který čekala celý den, než jí ho vůbec ukázali. Výsledek podobný. Kamarádka zůstala bydlet v náhradním hotelu, který naštěstí nepatřil stejnému majiteli, takže byl v pořádku. V našem apartmánu zápach cítit nebyl, a čistota byla celkem v pořádku. Musím ale napsat, že tak otřesnou koupelnu jsem ještě neviděla !!!! Uprostřed koupelny pouze odtokový kanálek a nic víc. Naproti WC a malé umyvadlo !!! Otřesné. Postele tvrdé a dcera musela spát na gauči, který se nedal rozložit. Snídaně jsme měli v ceně a první ráno jsme všichni dostali obří sladký croissant s třešněmi a džbánek nějakého sladkého pití. Když jsme si vyžádali něco jiného, tak nám v kuchyni nejspíš na propáleném oleji udělali volské oka, které nešli ani ukrojit. Zelenina vypadala jako shrabaná z jiných talířů, která zbyla ze včerejšího dne. Druhý den se snídaně opakovala a obsluha se po naších stížnosti ještě rozčilovala. Přestali jsme u nich raději snídat. peníze nám nebyli vrácené ani po vyžádání. Jedinou pozitivní věc bych uvedla krásné místo. Nejsem náročný člověk, ale tenhle nepříjemný zážitek nepřeji nikomu, natož s rodinou s dětmi. Opravdu si rozmyslete, zda sem chcete jet, protože v okolí je mnoho krásných hotelů na jiné úrovni a za stejné peníze.
