Its just heaven!!
Miles from civilisation, just beautiful countryside and peace.
Everything we wanted to do or see was roughly 30-45 mins drive away, and when you get back to the house, there is nothing but silence and beautiful views, its a real gem
The hot tub overlooks the hills. The house is spacious and very clean.
Yes the access road is narrow and you are several miles from a shop, but plan properly and enjoy the fact your away from everything and everyone.
We went out daily, hiked and viewed the beautiful brecon beacons, then returned back to the house to pure silence (the odd sheep or bird) and relaxed in the hot tub for a few hrs even when it rained. I cant stress enough how remote and magical the place is. Just fill the fridge and freezer, make sure you've got some drink and enjoy it.
Im going to struggle finding something we didn't like, so I'll comment on what I would do if it were my place.
1. I'd have a light for the evenings near the hot tub as when it gets dark you struggle to see.
2. Id personally remove the top bar on the fence between two posts just because it stops you from admiring the fields to your right when sat in the hot tub, easily sorted and would make a massive difference to your panoramic view across the valley.
This is just personal preference and does not take away the absolute beauty of the place

Beautiful location! The house is very well laid out and feels spacious for a two bed accommodation, it has everything you need to stay self catering. Nice little touches like a bottle of bubbly and chocolate welcome gift. The hot tub is very clean and positioned with amazing views and amazing to sit in and relax watching the sunset behind the hills.
The hosts were very kind and brought us an extra fan ( yes we stayed in the hottest ever week!)
The accommodation has everything you could think of, even separate towels for the hot tub use. It really is a wonderful place if you are looking for peace and quiet with a home from home feeling.

The garden is fully enclosed but for my dog I felt the wall at the side by the drive gates was lower than expected and it had a ledge on the inside, which made an easy escape route to jump up on. But this is only my personal worry with my rescue dog.

We enjoyed a wonderful long weekend at Waun Yscir Rural Escape. It was home from home, spotless, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The welcoming basket was a great touch and delicious.
The house grounds were substantial with fantastic views over the countryside-a great place to kick back and relax.
Booking to check out was incredibly easy.
