何度かタクシーに乗車したが、運転手がエントランスを間違えるケースが目についた。念のためだが、ホテルのせいではないです。

Location was great to malls and university; breakfast was decent.

1. Housekeeping was not thorough (extended my stay for 6 nights) - amenities and toiletries were not replenished and I had to call for these items, rubbish bin was not emptied on one of the days, fan was not working on the first night and could only be repaired the following morning. 2. Housekeeping doing their rounds could be more considerate of guests who are resting or working in the room from 9am - 1pm. Staff were heard chattering away loudly. 3. Water pressure was a bit weak on 21st floor.
