The Sundance Film Festival makes its Boulder debut January 21–31, 2027, and the Treehouse offers an exceptional location from which to experience it.
The Boulder Theater, an official festival venue, is within easy walking distance, along with Pearl Street’s restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and downtown festival activities. The property also provides convenient access to additional venues and bus lines throughout Boulder and on the University of Colorado campus.
Festival days can be wonderfully full. After a schedule of screenings, premieres, conversations, and events, return to a quiet private retreat where you can recharge, prepare a meal, catch up on work, or relax away from the crowds.
