The House Newly renovated with a little rustic charm, our 2-story hillside home features wraparound decks and scenic views across 2,400 sq. ft. Perfect for large groups and multiple families, each level is private with a separate entrance, connected by deck stairs on the East side. Stairs — Stairs connect the 2 levels and decks on the outside. There are no interior stairs. For those with small children and limited mobility, see "Other Details to Note" below. Level 1 — 1,400 sq. ft. Top level includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with sleeping accommodations for 8 people. Living room, dining room, kitchen, and wraparound deck. Level 2 — 1,000 sq. ft. 2 bedrooms (living room serves as second bedroom), 1 bathroom, with sleeping accommodations for up to 8 people. Guests are free to explore the property at their own discretion, but there are no established walking trails and the east ridge is fairly steep. The road to the property is paved and steep. Park in the gravel lot on the west side of the house and enter on the east side. Go up the stairs to the double doors on the top floor and check in via keyless entry. . . . Other things to note — Quiet hours start at 10:00PM — No pets allowed at this time — No smoking allowed on property — No campfires or fire pits.
