Breakfast was good. The location is excellent. If the sky is clear, you can view Moro rock at Sequioa National Park from the property.

Lage

It was closer to the national park but otherwise the place is not that good
Unclean, uncomfortable bed. Breakfast is bad too. It’s like a very low grade motel.

Breakfast was ok
The building was unfinished and the bathroom was scary.

There was nothing we like.
The place smelled like bug spray and we did not even unpack our suit cases. We only stayed one night instead of two because it was so bad. The only reason we stayed was because it was very late and we wanted to sleep. The manager seemed to just hide. The bathroom had no cups and limited towels and there was a drip all night long.

The position
Everthing except the position (close to sequoia park)

Close to Sequoia National Park and most restaurants in Three Rivers. Staff was not micromanaging like how they can be in motels/hotels.
Didn’t get the room I thought I would get when I booked my stay. I reserved a room that described a king size bed with a balcony facing a mountain view. I got a king size bed on the first floor with no Mountain View.

Great location for visit to Sequoia National Park. Basic but spacious family room with kitchenette. Comfy bed. Good value.
Exterior not very welcoming. But once in the rooms, they were very clean.

Beautiful place
They did construction almost our entire trip on the room right next to us, so their was constant loud drilling and it made a bunch of dust fall onto our bed while we slept.

When you stay in a 2 star motel you can’t expect the same standard as the Hilton. Yes the exterior looks old, dated and worn. But the rooms were clean and functional (complete with fridge, microwave and coffee machine). The rooms are a good size and breakfast is provided between 7.00-10.00… how good is that!
It is also very close to cafe/bars of Three Rivers and the entrance to Sequoia National Park
The place could do with a lick of paint but it had everything we needed

Not a lot
In the first room we were given the bedside lamps and sockets by the bed did not function and my wife could not get the shower to work as the tap was very stiff, also the room was directly beneath a very noisy group which the proprietor would not do anything about. When we asked the following day whether we could have a different room or whether we could check out and get a refund for that night the proprietor just said no , you can just check out. After a lot of argument we were eventually given a different room which was barely satisfactory. If we had paid half of what we paid it still would have been too much. Finally, there were no telephone facilities in the rooms or in reception.

Great accommodations. Great management. One hiccup that I was disappoint with;
Hot water handle in shower was broken. No hot water in shower. Had to take a very cold shower.
However, the room was clean and spacious.
Hot water handle in shower was broken. No hot water in shower. Had to take a very cold shower.
I don't blame the property manager. It is in a remote location and probably nearly impossible to get maintenance workers up to the site.

Nothing. No electricity or running water. I want my money back.
Bad room. Nothing worked. Your company should be embarrassed being associated with them.
