About this cottage rental
This spacious log cabin is situated on a secluded 12 acre lot with 600' of water frontage on Moose Pond, boasting stunning views and two excellent spots to swim and unwind. Enjoy the sandy beach with gradual entry on the left side of the lot, or swim off of the dock directly in front of the cottage, with sandy/gravel bottom. The large wooded lot has been cleared around the cabin, with a sprawling level lawn leading to the waterfront. Moose Pond, a striking 1,694-acre lake with depths of up to 70', offers a wide range of water sports, including motor boating. The dock can hold a boat up to 22' in length, and guests can explore the stunning lake with a 2-seater kayak provided by the cabin. When you need a break from the water, head to Pleasant Mountain to explore the nearby hiking trails. The cabin is also conveniently located only 20 miles from North Conway, NH, which offers outlet shopping, recreation and hiking in the White Mountains, and just 10 more miles to Story Land.

Great water frontage for fishing and paddle boarding. Shallow wading beach area for young children. Wonderful water views from deck and house. A very relaxing vacation!

Loved both the house and the access to its private dock and beach. Found the layout in terms of bathrooms prohibitive: Upper loft had private bath, while others--often totaling 8-all had to share one. Would have liked to have been provided more kayaks
