Discover La CasaNice, boasting one of the best locations in Nice – right in the heart of the Old Town, just steps from the famous Place Rossetti. This apartment has been furnished and decorated with great care and attention to detail. The high ceilings also contribute to the apartment's unique character. Thanks to its excellent location, you can easily explore the city and its surroundings on foot, stroll through the colorful streets, and enjoy the beach and the sea.
THE APARTMENT
The 54m² apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator, as is the case in almost all buildings in the old town.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room is spacious and furnished with a large dining table (seating 6), a large wall-mounted TV with adjustable settings, and a sofa bed (140x190cm). If you have booked for 3 or 4 people but would like the sofa bed prepared, you will need to pay €25 upon arrival.
KITCHEN :
The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner stove, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. It also includes a variety of kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses, and cutlery.
BEDROOM :
The first bedroom is next to the living room and is equipped with a king-size bed (160 x 200 cm), a sofa and a wardrobe with a curtain.
The second bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed (160x200cm). It features an open wardrobe and direct access to the second bathroom.
BATHROOM:
The first bathroom is located in the hallway and features a large shower, a sink with 2 drawers underneath, a toilet, a towel warmer and a hairdryer.
The second bathroom is accessible from the master bedroom and features a shower, a sink with 2 drawers underneath, a toilet, a washing machine and a hairdryer.
NEIGHBORHOOD:
With its narrow cobblestone streets, pastel-colored buildings, and shops selling Nice soap, Provençal textiles, meat, and cheese, Vieux-Nice is the old and lively part of the city. Vendors at the daily market on the Cours Saleya (a pedestrian street) sell flowers and other produce. Lively pubs and open-air restaurants serve specialties like crêpe socca. The park on the castle hill is situated on a high point and offers a remarkable view of the city and the sea.
The old town, the city center, and the harbor are all within walking distance. Everything is within a 2- to 20-minute walk.
Trams T1 and T2 are also reachable in 2 minutes (T1) and 6 minutes (T2), respectively. Tram T2 takes you from the airport to the old town. Tram T1 goes to the harbor or the main train station.

- All of our properties are strictly non-smoking - including balconies and terraces.
- They are provided with linen and towels as booked and have a hairdryer, iron & ironing board, toiletries (including hand soap, shower gel, shampoo) and basic start up pack including toilet paper, bin bags, dishtowels, sponge.
- Please note: We provide 1 beach towel per person. We only ask that you wash them in the available washing machine before you leave (detergent is provided by us).
- Please note that our check-in hours are from 4pm to 8pm. We will be happy to welcome you after 8:00 pm. However, please note that if you arrive at the apartment between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, you will be charged a late arrival fee of 20€ , from 10:00 pm to midnight 30€ and from midnight to 1:00 am 50€. After 1am it is up to the check-in manager to check you in or not and the fee is 100€.
Fixed Check-in Fee only for the Christmas/ New Year’s period - 24th, 25th, 31st December + 1st of January (late fees included): 4pm – 8pm: 50€ ; 8pm – 10pm: 75€ ; 10pm – 12am: 100€ ; 12am – 1am: 150€ ; After 1am: 200€.
The late check-in fee can be paid in cash or Credit Card and is due at check-in.
- Pre-Check-in Information - To make your arrival as smooth as possible, you will receive a secure link after your booking to complete a short online pre-check-in form through our property management system.
The form only takes a few minutes to complete and helps us prepare everything for your stay and your check-in. It also enables us to comply with French legal requirements for short-term rental accommodations.
- We also give you the opportunity to book little extras as a surprise for your loved ones or simply for your own convenience. You will find out more about our upsells in the Pre-Check-In message you will receive about 3 weeks prior to your arrival.
- Baby travel cot and high chair can be book through our Pre-Check-In form 3 weeks prior to your stay (one-time rental fee for baby cot: €20; one-time rental fee for high chair: €15 – each to be paid during Check-In). Please note that we do not provide bed linen for the baby cot. We also ask that you return the cot and/or high chair cleaned, otherwise we will have to charge you an additional fee of €20 (each).

Great location. Clean and family friendly. Only issue for us was that there was no USB/USBC charging option. I think these days this is a must for today’s travel.

Perfect stay! Apartment was great for 3 couples (parents and adult kids with significant others). Quiet and well-equipped. Communication with host was clear and timely. Location just off Place Rossetti was perfect. Beach, marketplace, stairs to Colline du Chateau all just a short walk away. One thing to note is that taxis cannot get to the apartment (pedestrian street) so it’s about a 5 minute easy walk from the drop off to the door.

The location of the apartment in Old Nice was perfect and put restaurants, shops, beach etc all within easy walking distance. All of the buildings are old, but this apartment was nicely remodeled and included AC in all 3 rooms, 2 walk in showers and two king sized beds in seperate rooms.Hanna was very easy to communicate with and was able to accomodate our early arrival to the apartment. Salma, who works with Hanna met us there ontime and gave us the keys. Checkout was also very easy. Very happy overall with our stay.
