This 4300 sq foot, three-level home has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. The main level features open-concept living with a renovated, fully stocked, white kitchen with an island, stainless steel appliances, seating for 3, and a pass-through butler's pantry turned quaint coffee bar to dining room with judges paneling and seating for 8. Off the kitchen is a spacious large living area with a large sectional TV and eat-in kitchen area with seating for 6. The eat-in kitchen area provides access to the side deck and grill for guests to cook their favorite meals! Adjacent to the living area is a reading space featuring a mid-century, modern leather sofa to curl up and grab a book with fantastic lake views. Included is a need one, take one bookshelf for adults and children. The main level also boasts a primary bedroom with an ensuite bath and a large walk-in closet. Dock Days has plenty of sleeping options on the upper level, with 3 bedrooms and two full baths. There is a family bedroom with an ensuite bath featuring a queen bed and a twin-over-full bunk sleeping 5; King bedroom, and bunk room with two twin-over-full bunks and an updated hall bath to share. The lower level features a kitchenette & game room, a full bath & bedroom with a twin bed and trundle, which converts to a king bed. The game room has a conversion game table featuring air hockey, ping pong, and a pool! A great space for the family competition to ensue! Outside at Dock Days is a great place for relaxation & games. It features a newly constructed flagstone patio with a built-in fire pit for nighttime snacks and downtime after a long day on the lake. A grill is provided for guests' use. The house has kayaks and stand-up paddle boards for guest access, along with a variety of life jackets.
