Cozy 500sqft guesthouse opens onto massive shared deck with ocean views of entire Santa Monica Bay from Palos Verdes to Point Dume. Experience world-class beaches and surfing, miles of hiking, endless activities, exquisite cuisine all within minutes. Slow down, relax with anonymity and live like a Malibu local, all within a 10 minute commute to Santa Monica Pier. Small break out front or paddling distance to legendary Topanga Point. 3 min walk to Reel Inn, Rosenthal Winebar, Quicksilver Flagship and Wylies’s Bait Shop. At low tide, walk the beach to Mastro’s Ocean Club.

Guests can expect:

* Separate bedroom w/ King sized bed & en suite bathroom
* Smart TVs in bedroom and living room
* Full kitchen w/ Nespresso + milk frother, microwave, fridge, range/oven, dishwasher, service for 6
* Private entrance and private terrace with dining, loungers, sofa ocean views and BBQ
* Shampoo/conditioner/body wash and hairdryer
* Beach towels
* Dish soap, initial supply of paper towels
* We usually have basic kitchen staples such as oil, sugar, vinegar, spices, ziploc bags, saran wrap, etc.
* Sand toys and beach umbrella
* Iron and ironing board
* Board games and playing cards
* Note that a washer/dryer will be made available for stays over 4 days. Otherwise, if you need extra towels or linens during your stay, please reach out to us and we can provide you will additional linens.

One bedroom with King bed and ensuite full bath is on one end of the unit, theres a living/TV room in the middle, then a Queen size bunk (great for kids or guest) and kitchenette and 1/2 bath. The kitchenette is stocked with service for 4, a Breville Air Fryer/Microwave/Toaster and Nespresso coffeemaker/frother. We are within Postmates and Ubereats zone for delivery or walking distance to local Thai or Seafood places. The Surf Shack is on the beach level, detached from the main house with its own separate entrance and on-site parking. Additional street parking available on PCH.

It's a casual, quiet, local vibe
We're stocked with anything you might need for beach living - table tennis, boogie boards, fishing poles, hula hoops, backgammon, board games, record player/vinyl, streaming TV and fast Wifi. Laundry in main building, 1 off-street parking space and unpermitted street parking on PCH.

We're just past the “Welcome to Malibu” sign (before Las Tunas), 5 miles from Santa Monica/10 freeway $8 uber ride (highest peak $14) to downtown Santa Monica. Quiet neighbors, peaceful spot.
