This 3-room penthouse on the 3rd floor, with approximately 70 m² of living space and a direct ocean view, offers a luxurious vacation at its finest—right on the waterfront, directly on the promenade.


From the entryway, you enter the comfortably furnished living area, which, with approximately 31 m² of living space, features a lovely sitting area with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, a stereo system with an iPod docking station, and a lounge chair for relaxing. From here, enjoy the magnificent view of the Baltic Sea.


The kitchen, harmoniously integrated into the living/dining area, is superbly equipped with a 4-zone Ceran induction cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not included), a dishwasher, a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and various small appliances, makes cooking in this penthouse a special experience.


The beautiful, sheltered loggia faces southwest and offers a spectacular view of the sea, the harbor, and the Sassnitz harbor promenade through floor-to-ceiling windows. The small balcony adjoining it is perfect for sunbathing with a view of the Baltic Sea. The balcony and terrace furniture is available seasonally—typically from May through the end of September.

In addition to a comfortably furnished bedroom with one double bed and its own flat-screen TV, a separate reading and relaxation room with a cozy couch provides a peaceful retreat. The couch folds out (1.40 m x 2.00 m) and can therefore also be used as an additional sleeping space. There is also plenty of storage space here for your vacation wardrobe.


The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a bathtub, a heated towel rack, and a hair dryer. The apartment’s own separate sauna promises pure relaxation! Underfloor heating in all rooms ensures a pleasant climate during the cooler months.
A parking space is available free of charge right next to the building. The apartment can be easily accessed by elevator. A laundry room and a bicycle storage room are available for shared use by all guests.


This non-smoking penthouse can be booked for a maximum of 1–2 people. Pets are not allowed here. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
