This exclusive two-room apartment with a balcony measures 59 m² and can accommodate up to four people. The apartment is located on the first floor on the southwest side of the modern apartment complex. The Baltic Sea beach and the beautiful Binz beach promenade are just a few steps away.
In the living area, which opens onto a southwest-facing balcony overlooking the quiet inner courtyard, you’ll find a comfortable couch that can be converted into a bed for two people, a Smart TV with a DVD player, and a hi-fi system for relaxing evenings. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
The fully equipped open kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a toaster, a kettle, an egg cooker, and three different coffee makers (filter coffee, Tassimo capsule coffee), leaves nothing to be desired.
In the bedroom, you can relax in a comfortable double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) with adjustable slatted frames and another flat-screen TV. The large closet offers plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe.
