Spacious and clean with a good kitchen and lots of privacy. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable bed and large table. Curtains for wall of windows that face the afternoon sun.
It was too hot in July for the AC to keep up. Siestas solved it. You must bring your own drinking water and it's upstairs, a consideration for longer stays.

Spacious, pretty new and clean apartment with air conditioning. Friendly and accomodating host. Wifi was good. There was a parking spot in the yard of the apartment. Location was OK, in a quiet side street, but we drove to the supermarket (Soriana / Chedraui) and the beaches (good snorkeling at Playa Entrega). Would stay there again.
The neighbours' dogs and roosters weren't the quietest - but hey, you're in Mexico. Kitchen was there but not really well equipped to cook your own meals. But there were some basics like plates, cutlery and a fridge.
