Lovely, authentic Florentine apartment with all the necessary amenities. Quiet inside, yet in an excellent location with direct access on to one of the main streets South of the Arno where there were lots of local facilities. Superb access to the old town centre and all the associated attractions, and very close to the Ponte Vecchio and Palazzo Pitti.
We couldn't get the digital lock to work to allow us access from the street when we first arrived (poor mobile reception was the reason) but another resident let us in. We know the landlords are aware of this and there is a contingency to call them and they can unlock remotely. Once inside, we had access to 2 sets of keys, and this was not an issue thereafter.

Dejligt at have en hel lejlighed for sig selv. Lille men brugbar altan med udsigt til grønt/have/træer. Rigtig god beliggenhed i roligt men centralt kvarter.
Det passede præcist til beskrivelsen, så ikke noget at udsætte på det.

la salle de bain est trop petite et mal agencée pour 4. La douche est de piètre qualité et le débit d'eau trop variable. le réservoir des toilettes n'est pas fermé et donne beaucoup d'humidité au plafond.
Attention, il n'y a pas d'extérieur accessible dans ce logement, contrairement aux photos présentées, vous ne pouvez pas accéder au jardin.
