Nicely presented apartment with a balcony and air con. Was perfect for our weekend in London with the kids.

My rating is 10 out of 10 — I’ve stayed at a number of hotels and flats in London over the years but this was the best. First of all, they accommodated us with a flat on the eighth floor. We had an amazing view of central London. The flat was clean and nicely decorated and the bedrooms were roomy. My concern about the WiFi was allayed once we directed to another network. Once I heard my daughters laughing in their bedroom, I knew they were relaxed and felt at home. We enjoyed the building’s amenities from the foosball table on the ground floor to the sky lounge. I had concerns about the distance from transportation or entertainment after seeing the comments. However, we had no issues. It was a nice 10 minute or so walk to Kings Cross Underground and hub to 6 lines or a 5 minute walk to the bus stop. We bought our groceries either from the nearby CoOp or at Waitrose in the Coal Drops yard where we also saw Spider-man in the cinema. Thank you ever so much for giving us a great place to stay. I’ll definitely recommend this place to friends and family and check them first on future trips.
Although the place is described as Kings Cross, it is at least a 10 minute walk from Kings Cross/St Pancras. So, I recommend taking a taxi if you have heavy luggage. We initially had no access to WiFi. However, after sending a text to the staff we were directed to the staff network.

Modern amenities, friendly concierge and the host replying quickly. The location is in a very quite area that requires either Ubers or the use of public transport to get around to the central areas. Plus walking down to kings cross/Euston station areas for transport was really hectic, crowded, and surprisingly dirty!!!
The washing machines dryer didn't work the entire stay and despite emails saying maintenance will be informed, no one came!! They did however replenish our towels, but I was stuck paying extra for outsourced laundry services.
