We booked both this apt and the Urban Premier apt as we had friends traveling with us. Both apts are on the same floor of building and separated by a communal lobby area which leads to apts own private entry doors.
From the moment we walked in there was a wow factor. We were staying for 11 nights so it was important to have someplace to feel comfortable before and after enjoying the sights and hospitality of the city and both apts certainly allowed for that.
Contact with the management prior to our arrival was excellent and the apartments were so good (with a very informative manual provided) that we only had to contact management once at the start of our stay to enquire about an ironing board (important during an 11 night stay) and they responded immediately. We resolved the issue by leaving the one ironing board in the communal
Lobby area. Management did say there was a steamer in the other apt so issue could be resolved that way also.
The photographs of the apts on the site are a true reflection of the style and quirkiness and obviously some thought has gone into this by the owners.
We were out in the city every day and it was a joy to spend some time in the apts before and after long days of seeing the sights of Prague. There is a bar/restaurant immediacy below the apts and the staff in there got to know is as we would pop in every morning for a Pilsner (best beer ever). Everyone we met was so friendly. All in all I would highly recommend either of these apartments without hesitation.

Gute ruhige Lage, bequeme Betten, coole Einrichtung
Unten Probleme mit dem Schloss, im Apartment sind keine Ablagen in der Dusche, bis auf Salz nichts in der Küche, Fenstern sehr undicht, keine Garderobe, "Kleiderschrank " sehr primitiv, Hänger viel zu hoch...... es vermitteln das Gefühl : "schön das du da bist, danke das du bald wieder gehst"

Апарти красиві і теплі, ремонт гарний
Але вважаю що сервіс поганий і через це, я не повернусь сюди
Я оплатила 20 євро за раннє заселення
Приїхала заселятись, а бокс в якому мені залили ключ просто не відкривається, він заклинив
В результаті в апарти я потрапила через годину. Прийшов власник і якось відкрив той бокс, потім мені сказав що все ок працює (але сам той бокс зняв і забрав). Не перепросив і взагалі ніяк не загал плив цю ситуацію. В результаті я стоїла весь цей час на холоді, а коли заселилась то просо розплакалась від стресу і від того що всі плани зіпсовані
Єдина подяка адміністратору Юлії , яка намагалась це якось владнати
Також камін не працює, ножі тупі, кришки для сковорідки немає. Є свічки, але немає чим їх запалити, гелю для душу немає. Зелений декор на стінах дуже подертий (розумію що це люди робили, але за ці гроші виглядає так собі)
Загалом відчуття ніби зробили ремонт і тепер просто заробляють кошти на ньому, душі тут не відчувається
